F303 – Introduction to Early Orthodontic Treatment

Instructor: Dr. Bruce Gallant

March 7, 2021 @ 7:00 am 10:00 am

Early treatment is an extremely important concept for both General and Pediatric Dentists doing Orthodontics.

Dentists are in the best position to see the patients in the 7–9-year range, which is the ideal time to treat Orthopedic problems. This is usually long before the Orthodontists would see these patients.

This course will review two early treatment phases.  The first is the orthopedic followed by second phase of full brackets or even better aligner therapy.  The second phase of early treatment begins when all permanent teeth have erupted.
