D603 - Occluso-Guide/Nite Guide Appliance Workshop
Description
This course covers a diagnosis and treatment planning designed around the use of the Occluso-Guide and the Nite-Guide appliances. There will also be review of eruption guidance principles during mixed and primary dentitions, as well as on the use of bumpers and head gear.
In addition, the course will include typodont hands on instruction on measuring, fitting and adjusting the Occluso-Guide. There will also be exercises and individual instruction on fitting bumpers and headgear using typodonts.
Principles of retention techniques at all ages including adult treatment and the use of positioners will be covered.
